Ahmed Musa scored the winning goal as Kano Pillars defeated Niger Tornadoes 2-1 at the Sani Abacha Stadium on Saturday.
Rashid Alhassan gave Kano Pillars the lead on the half hour mark, while Mohammed Goyi equalised for the visitors on the hour mark.
Musa netted the winning goal deep into stoppage time.
