Tinubu govt's intervention: 180 days after, food prices yet to crash

Six months after the Nigerian government made a pledge to ameliorate high food prices, the citizens are yet to see the fruit of the intervention.

DAILY POST recalls that the government had in July 2024 unveiled what it called strategic measures to combat high food prices.

The Minister of Agriculture and Food security, Abubakar Kyari, announced the plans then on his verified X handle in July last year.
