The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has insisted that the Port Harcourt refinery is up and running, with loading operations in full swing In a message, the NNPCL extended an invitation to ex-Nigerian leader, Olusegun Obasanjo, and other individuals who question the functional state of the refinery, to join it on a tour of the facility Legit.ng reports that this invitation was sequel to Obasanjo’s recent interview with a broadcast station, where he alluded to advice from Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) suggesting the refinery would not function properly.
