Chelsea defender Axel Disasi has reportedly agreed personal terms with Aston Villa ahead of a possible January move to the club.
Disasi has played a peripheral role at Stamford Bridge so far this season and he has now reached an agreement to join Unai Emery’s side following the departure of Diego Carlos.
