Federal Government Bans 60k Litre Fuel Tankers from Operating on Nigerian Roads

The Federal Government has banned 60k litre fuel tankers.

Newsone Nigeria reports that the Federal Government of Nigeria led by President Bola Tinubu, has announced a ban on fuel tankers exceeding 60,000 litres from operating on Nigerian roads.

The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, NMDPRA, revealed that the ban is expected to take effect on 1 March 2025.
