Victor Osimhen could still make his dream move to Premier League giants, Chelsea, according to John Mikel Obi.
Osimhen was close to joining Chelsea last summer but the move failed to materialise.
The Nigeria international however moved to Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray on loan for the remainder of the campaign.
