Atalanta and UEFA have sent congratulatory messages to Ademola Lookman after he was named 2024 CAF Player of the Year.
Lookman was announced as the winner ahead of Achraf Hakimi, Serhou Guirassy, Simon Adingra and Ronwen Williams, at the awards ceremony in Marrakech, Morocco on Monday.
He succeeds his Nigerian teammate Victor Osimhen, who picked up the award in 2023.
